Costum made table for Eliaskirken in Copenhagen
The MENETO MORI TABLE was costum made for Eliaskirken in Copenhagen 2022. Through placing the traditional relief in a table it creates a 1:1 bodily connection and awareness of one self. The Lilies, the water flow, the clay, the fig leaves and the connection between nature and the human body is present and touchable in the relief. A feminin approach to life and death. The fragility and scars within the clay is beautiful as the human skin and our fragility and personal stories.
